What’s Included

SSL Certificate 

All Care Plans: SSL installation and yearly renewal on your website is included.

24/7 Uptime Monitoring 

All Care Plans: The status of your website is regularly checked (typically every 5 minutes), and if the site goes down, 270net will investigate and repair as soon as possible.

Automated Backups/Retention 

Essential Care Plan: Your website will be backed up daily, and the last 30 backups are retained.  

Pro and Premium Care Plans: Your website will be backed up daily, and a full 90 days of backups will be retained.  

Server Security Scanning 

All Care Plans: Security scanning of the website’s server is automatically conducted and includes items such as Intelligent IP blocking and Brute Force protection.

Malware/Vulnerability Scanning 

Essential Care Plan:  Your website will be manually scanned at least once a month. If malware or any other security vulnerability is identified, we will remove it (up to 4 hours spent on removal). 

Pro and Premium Care Plans: Your website will be automatically scanned 24/7.  If malware or any other security vulnerability is identified, we will remove it (up to 4 hours spent on removal). 

WordPress Version Updates 

All Care Plans:  WordPress releases minor version updates frequently, and major version updates every few months.  Minor updates are completed automatically, and major updates are completed manually for each website.

Monthly Care Package Activity Report 

All Care Plans: In the first week of every month, you will receive a detailed report that includes all tests, checks, and activities completed as part of your Care Package during the previous month.

Support Video Library Access 

All Care Plans: We will provide you with on-demand access to a robust library of WordPress support and training videos.

Annual Domain Renewal 

All Care Plans: We will ensure that your website domain is renewed every year, and renewal cost is included in your Care Package.

Monthly Google Analytics Report 

All Care Plans: We will install the required code into your website and setup monthly auto-delivery of Google Analytics Reports to an email you provide.

On-Site Link Testing & Repair  

Essential Care Plan: Every six (6) months, we will check your entire website for broken links and make any straightforward repairs.

Pro Care Plan: The same actions as the Essential Package but Quarterly. 

Premium Care Plan: The same actions as the Essential Package but Monthly. 

Lead/Contact Form Testing 

Essential Care Plan: not included 

Pro Care Plan: Quarterly contact form testing for all forms on your website.

Premium Care Plan: Monthly contact form testing for all forms on your website.

Plugin Updates 

Essential Care Plan: not included 

Pro Care Plan: We will evaluate and manually update all plugins every six months. If a vulnerability is discovered sooner, we will update at time of vulnerability discovery.

Premium Care Plan: The same actions as the Pro Package but Quarterly.

Site Speed Optimization 

Essential Care Plan: not included 

Pro Care Plan: At least once every six (6) months, we will run an industry-standard speed check on your website and we will analyze your website an make speed improvements.

Premium Care Plan: The same actions as the Pro Package but Quarterly. 

Monthly Traffic & Leads Report  

Essential & Pro Care Plans: not included   

Premium Care Plan: Monthly Traffic & Leads Report provided, with analysis available.

Anything Support Hours 

Your anything hours can be used for exactly that – anything. If we can do it for you, it’s included.  We won’t use them unless you ask us to, and if you do ask us, we will give you an estimate of how many hours your request will require.

Essential Care Plan: 2 hours/quarter; Discounted rate: $95/hour (5% savings) 

Pro Care Plan: 6 hours/quarter; Discounted rate: $85/hour (15% savings) 

Premium Care Plan: 12 hours/quarter; Discounted rate: $80/hour (20% savings). After the 12 hours are used, Premium Care Package Clients continue to receive unlimited content updates & edits!
